Day 36............weigh day

183 this morning. I did hit 182 one day this week, but then it popped back up......Hey, I'll take 1 pound, it is better then gaining. I feel so good on this way of eating. I don't get hungry often, I can go for hours without eating if I have to, plus I have energy to burn. Before I was using all my extra energy trying to figure out what sugar laden treat I could eat next. This week is my anniversary, and I do plan a cheat meal, that is ok, I can do that, this is real life and I have to have a treat once in a while. Anyway, in 36 days I have lost 15 lbs.

good to see that vacation didn't do too much damage. picked up a virus while on vacation so I feel a little icky, but I'll live.

hopefully weight loss will be aided by mowing season. we're quickly getting into the summer wet season here in florida where there's a good chance of rain every afternoon, and that means twice weekly lawn mowings usually.

woo.....freakin....hoo.

to what I knew had worked for me in the past..the pretty distant past as in high school and college. I went back to Stillman's QWL diet. I didn't know if I could do it again or if I'd have problems with it but I determined I would give it as long a try as I could muster. I was more careful this time than I had ever been before. I made very certain I had a good multivitamin and a couple calciums with D everyday. I drank all the required water and used a salt substitute for pottassium..also some Crystal lite hydrating varieties. Bottom line is it gave me a good start. In three weeks I had lost about...

Had a crazy weekend. Didnt totally eat on plan but didnt eat enough to gain anything. I have found I eat rarely with no problem and have shrunk my appetite to almost nothing which is sooooooo coooool
