Ouch!

Day 3, Wednesday..... I didn't get a good night sleep last night... my body was achy from my exercise yesterday... Yesterday I did a longer bike workout at a higher tension.... and of course I am feeling it! So giving myself an easier day for my body to recuperate a bit more today... I didn't have weights schedualed for today anyways. So just doing the rebounder (mini trampoline) to some upbeat music to get into a groove.... and a lot of stretching.

Good news though.... I took my measurements today and since 1/11/08 I have lost 10 1/4". So some improvement to celebrate...

I avoid hate. The word. The emotion. Yet hate seems to 'work for' many.

Ramblings

Up late again. Cannot seem to get finished and in bed.. That is going to have become a priority.

Watched the Biggest Loser tonight. Amazing, the amounts of weight that some of those folks have lost in six weeks. Motivates me to see other's succeeding in the battle.

Today's menu:
Atkins shake
mixed Mustard greens and spinach with sprinkle vinegar
sliced ham
coleslaw (cabbage, mayo, Splenda sweetened relish)
grilled tilapia
sfjello
Atkins bar
peanuts
Total carbs: 20 - 22?

Note: Not...

Today went well. I stayed on plan and found some SoySlender at Albertsons.
Hotel scale said 167 again.
I did an extra 30 min of cardio.
No weights today.

Daily Update - Tuesday

Oops! Didn't post yesterday.

Weigh in: 214

Monday menu:
B - eggs and pork chops
S - string cheese and sf choc americano with HC
L - salad with blue cheese
S - string cheese
D - sirloin burger and zucchini with parm and a davinci mudslide

Totals: Cals 1161, Fat 83, Carb 8, Protein 89.

Today's weigh in: 214

Tuesday menu:
B - pork chop omelet lettuce wrap
S - SF choc americano with HC, pickles
L - tuna salad with horseradish and normal salad
D - Zucchini with parm and shrimp and another davinci mudslide.. soo good. no more! I must stop making these!

Totals: Cals 1085, Fat 63, Carb 7, Protein 113.

Did 20 minutes on elliptical and 15 on the bike. Cals burned (per the machines) 330.
