Thursday Low Carbing

Still hanging in there with keeping it low carb. Not much exercise this week though... I stubbed a toe and have had to put up with a swollen/black and blue foot and sore hip... to doing a bit easy on the exercising.

Have lost another pound .... so 11 pounds gone forever this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

menu
boiled egg
smoked cheese
decaf coff/splenda/heavy whipping cream
roasted chicken
large tossed salad
tomato
cucumber slices
8 black olives
blue cheese dressing
Blue cheese crumbles
herb tea
...

I sooo ate too much and I can't sleep

So it's about 10:50 pm and I can't sleep! Gotta get up at 6:25 am. I made those ooopsies and I think I ate too much! My belly hurts and it's annoying...just thought I'd share!
I just bought the dvd Why did I get married and I'm about to watch it so everyone have a great night!!

Day 11 - Induction

So far, so good! My scale weighin this morning was 243 lbs. I also received a comment from my wife that my face looks thinner. What I am most excited about is I am only 19 lbs above my all-time LC weight!

I have toyed with the idea of remaining on induction an additional week (I really enjoy the accelerated results). However, I plan to add fruits and veggies (in 5 g increments) into my diet in an attempt to stick with my positive diet changes.

Calorie level was slightly higher today, but I am still in control of cravings.

I am going to continue for at least 1 more week on Induction. I have tweeked a few things. Like the coffee I can't seem to let go of

I have planned my Menu for the next week. This helps me stay on track:

Thur. Feb. 21st
B:Micro Muffin & coffee w/devinci SF Van. syrup
L:BLT Chix. Salad
D:Meatloaf, "Red Lobster Biscuits" & Aspargus
S:4 carbs left

Ttl: 20carbs if I use the 4 snack carbs.


Fri. Feb. 22nd
B:Biscuit Sandwich=leftover "Red Lobster Biscuit" with sausage patty &
