Day 3, Wednesday..... I didn't get a good night sleep last night... my body was achy from my exercise yesterday... Yesterday I did a longer bike workout at a higher tension.... and of course I am feeling it!

So giving myself an easier day for my body to recuperate a bit more today... I didn't have weights schedualed for today anyways. So just doing the rebounder (mini trampoline) to some upbeat music to get into a groove.... and a lot of stretching.
Good news though.... I took my measurements today and since 1/11/08 I have lost 10 1/4". So some improvement to celebrate...
