Hey Kat!
Home scale was down this morning, but since we don't believe anything it ever says, I'll ignore the 1 lb drop.....but it is encouraging.
I'd like to go out for lunch today and have some wings, so I will plan on eating half for lunch and the other half in the afternoon. That way I don't eat such a big portion all at once.
Cardio today. I'm so proud of my strength training yesterday. It had my heart rate up as much...
