Day 10 - Induction

Posted 02-20-2008 at 08:18 PM by huff576
Doing well. Scale read a hair under 245. I think tomorrow I will see a significant change. I preweighed tonight and was surprised to see a lower than expected weight on the scale. May be dehydrated.

At less today. Did not have time to eat a full lunch. Once again, felt good. However, I seem to be developing laryngitis.

I'm doing much better since I planned this day out. Back to getting that under control especially since my scale said 130.8 this morning! I'm interested to see how much water weight I'll lose.

B: latte and almonds
L: chicken, salad, blue cheese
S: either 1/2 zone bar or small latte and peanuts
D: low carb crab cakes and green beans
S: 1/2 zone bar

Health Screening 20Feb08

Posted 02-20-2008 at 10:59 AM by abvidrine
Went to the Northrop Grumman Health Screening and the results are as follows:

Resting Blood Pressure = 122/75 (should be < 120/80)
Total Cholesterol = 297 HDL 82 (Total should be < 200; HDL > 60 and LDL < 100)
Choesterol Ratio (Total/HDL) = 3.6 (should be < 4.0)
NonFasting Elevated Blood Sugar = 84 (should be < 140)
Percent Fat = 32% (should be < 26%)
BMI = 26 (should be < 25)

Wow, I gotta work on my cholesterol. Back in 2004, low carb really brought down my cholesterol. It must have been above 300 before...
