Still no weight loss. The only thing I have done is add some broccoli. I am really bloated and feel terrible. I dont think its agreeing with me. I will leave it alone for a few days and see what happens TOM is still a couple of weeks away so I dont know why the sudden stall. I havent had anytime to exercise so if it stops raining I will go for a walk. My body seems to like induction so I will have to get back to 15 or less carbs a day and see what happens. Can alot of gas make you weigh more? Hope to see results tomorrow.

My days of debauchery are over...

I succumbed on Valentine's.I hadn't had chocolate in appx 6 weeks and I gave in.Actually I was quite restrained and only had a handful.
I did have a few white russians and also seafood fettucine alfredo(On Monday we went for dinner at Boston Pizza).I only hate half of it.
I've had serious carb binges before and this was quite controlled.
All the same the scale rewarded me with a reading of 164.
So on Tuesday I went back to plan.

I reread Protein Power and hadn't tried their approach but this time I'm giving it a go.
Intervention allows for 30g...

FINALLY back on track today

You'll notice I have not written since my Del Taco flub. That's because I'd been off my low carb plan for the whole stinkin' week! I checked the scale yesterday and I was up a few pounds...so I had to really reevaluate my goals and why I was sabotaging myself. I really can't figure out what triggered my desire to go get fast food that day...because I've been really happy and satisfied with the food I've been eating. But it definitely made me regress for several days and I hate that I wasted a whole week.

So today I finally got back on plan for the WHOLE day...actually came in...

Workout for Feb 20

Since it is bitterly cold outside, I decided to do Tae-bo again from On Demand. I felt so good after completing one episode, that I did another one.

Tae-bo Amped- 22 min
Celebrity Tae-bo 18 min

I am done for the night!
