Well TOM is gone and it's moving again. Down to 54.5 Kg which is 120 lbs. I really really hope there is more movement this week since TOM is finally gone.

Bedtime Blessing!

It's soo time for bed, but of course I'm up full of life...long week ahead..can't wait for Friday...lol I need another weekend.
Service today was really a blessing....it came from 1 John 3..about love, loving your borthers and sisters...not just saying it...being it...living it...any believers out there I just learned a great song...it's a couple years old...Tye Tribbett called "seated at the right hand of God" It's amazing...truly a blessing! Well I hope everyone had a blessed day...gn

Day 14 - Induction

Today I had a few more carbs than I would have liked. Snuck a few M&Ms, had some rice at a Chinese restaurant, and had a few other small tastes of food that were not low carb. Also, for some reason I was quite hungry today. I took in a few more calories than I would have liked. Only bright spot was I went swimming with my family this afternoon. I know I used a fair amount of calories during that activity. I view this slip up as a small bump, will work to refocus my efforts tomorrow. Tomorrow, I plan to add a few carbs as I am now off induction! I am hoping not to be disappointed....

I EXERCISED TODAY! Woooohoooo

And believe me, it was NOT easy to drag my butt out of bed at 7AM on a seriously frosty Philadelphia morning...but I did!!!

I walked for 30 minutes and then did a little yoga before taking a bath and getting dressed for church.

B: 2 fried eggs w/ ground turkey sausage

L: tuna/egg salad on romaine, raw daikon radish slices, tea with cream

D: turkey burger, steamed brocolli w/butter, tea w/cream

My protein b'fast kept me satisfied until I...
