Well the scale moved again to 193 The weather was beautiful so I took my daughter and we went for a walk. We walked 1 mile and I really felt great. I will do this every day that I can and increase asap. My daughter is singing for the State Assembly Man and his wife this AM so I am off to an early start. Everyone have a great day

I am beat...It is my prayer that this is my last bought with excessive weight. I am tired of the Yo-Yo. More that eating following the Atkins way, I want to be able to maintain regular workouts. This challenge has helped me get back in the groove of working out, but the challenge is over next weight...what will be my focus then??? I guess I will have to enter a new challenge...that's all to it...I do not plan to stop this time!

Today was a cold but great day!

I cooked soo much tonight, but it was cool tasted really good.

So today I got an angus burger from Mcdonalds with no bun no ketchup, but when I got it had a mayo on it. I put it on an ooopsie and it was goood. Then I looked at their site there's a whole bunch of stuff in the mayo...I'm nervous about the scale...we'll see

anyways I'm off to LALA land....hopefully I'll see Jesus!
