Another new week

I often have difficulties on weekends but this weekend wasn't bad at all. I had too much coffee, but other than that not bad.

Today:
B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, green salad, blue cheese
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: shrimp and scallops, some kind of veggies
S: 1/2 zone bar

Down a couple of pounds! I have a few busy days and weeks ahead of me. But the quarter is almost over so I can see light at the end of the tunnel! And I can see the possibility of catching up on some sleep.

I had to wake up extra early today to do some early running around. I wasnt going to weigh myself but I did. Scale said 192.5 I didnt expect to lose at all with TOM coming but I did. I have lost all desires to cheat. I never have been one for sweets so I guess I am lucky. I cant wait for these 190's to be gone so I can start battling the 180's. I cant wait to be able to stop hiding behind large t shirts and start wearing some cute clothes this summer Everyone have a great week

Update - Sunday

Posted 03-03-2008 at 01:14 AM by bav
Hello all!

This morning I was at 209.5. I went to the gym this morning, 25 minutes on elliptical, 15 on the bike and 15 on the treadmill. Yesterday I did the elliptical for 25 mins and bike for 15.

Today's menu...
B - 3 scrambled eggs with onions and green peppers
S - some pepperjack cheese and a sf vanilla cappuccino with HC
L - Zucchini and asparagus, tuna salad
S - jalepeno poppers (sans the bacon) and a wee bit (a teaspoon) of smart balance peanut butter
D - cleo's cauliflower pizza crust, topped with sf tomato sauce, leftover green peppers/onions from breakfast and portobello mushrooms. This pizza crust is amazing... oh my gosh. I'm going to see how things go in a few days to see if it has any type of impact. if not, this might be a staple for me--extremely easy to make (especially if i cook the cauliflower ahead of time), it's LC (i'll have to make sure to get totals for the ingredients I use) and even very good as leftovers. next i'm going to try the breadsticks!!

My goal is to lose 10 pounds this month. To do this, I will continue to go to the gym 4 times per week, drink at least 96 ounces of water per day (this doesn't include tea or coffee), eat on plan and have fun!

I *still* have not measured.. oops. :( I think I'm just still concerned that I wont be measuring the same spot each time. If anyone reads this.. do you have any suggestions that will make measuring myself fool proof?

:hiya:
