Good Morning peeps!

So I'm not sure whats going on with my scale it gave me two numbers so i'm going to take the lowest one lol Anyways...I'm happy to be alive...not much to report today...I have to not eat nuts...clearly portion control is not my strong point...so none for me....but I keep eating them....Ohhh so I had an amazing awesome cheeseburger on an ooopsie yesterday...I made turkey burgers from scratch added a little flavor and seasoning and it was amazing!!! today I'm going to do ME again so I can not eat nuts...last time I did ME I lost soo quick I'm praying it works...

What a journey!

The first few months of 2008 have been full of ups and downs. I started 2008 full of motivation that this would be the year I would get back to my goal weight. I was ready to do my one meal a day plan. I felt great.

I failed.

I never stuck to my plan. The thought of only having one meal a day was torture. I was stressed and feeling really low and surprise surprise the number on the scale was going up. So that was that I thought I can't do this.

The cylce started again. I spent hours on the net reading about different...

Day 22 - Last post (not really)

Decided to keep this up just to keep myself honest on the diet.

Yesterday - not great, went a little over on carbs. Sick child kept me up late.

Today - tired, but in control. Carbs at levels of induction. I fear putting them up too high at this point.

Keep up the good work ladies. Looks like things are going well. Some slip ups here and there. I experience the same thing on a daily basis. It is reassuring to know that I am not the only one.

By the way, one pound away from reaching the 20 lb loss avatar!

Did yoga this morning

I'm going to get up earlier tomorrow so I can walk, too. After work I'm too hungry and too tired

Today's food:

B: 3 scrambled eggs, steamed broccoli w/butter, tea w/ cream

L: Egg salad, raw celery sticks

D: Beef and veggie chili, salad w/ Italian dressing, tea w/ cream

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!!

Today is my 15th wedding anniversary...in case you were wondering why I have been M.I.A...this is the reason...I went to Edible Arrangements this morning and placed an order for a SF chocolate covered strawberry arrangement...it will be ready this afternoon! I am making another oopsie cake...instead of the jello, I am adding protein powder and imitation strawberry extract...I hope it is yummy!
