I'm feeling exhausted this morning, and my work day hasn't even quite started. I can't stop yawning.

For breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs topped with some sour cream. I also had a decaf coffee.

Had coffee with 10% cream and AS this morning. Ended up going out for lunch with DH. I had a steak sandwich (sans bread), mixed veggies and Caesar salad (sans croutons). So....not really meat and eggs, but low carb nonetheless. The steak was amazing - it just melted in my mouth. Yummy!!

I managed to EAT a whole package of sugar free Juicy Fruit gum. I don't...

Half way thru the week!

Morning Sunshynes!

I am at work already....sometimes I wish I could choose to go to work when I want to....but I don't have it like that soo off to work I go! I did ME all day yesterday then i went to prayer...which was AWESOME! Learning that Christ came to become our great high priest to always intercede on our behalf! It's truly a wonder
So at prayer we had communion and I remembered a thread where someone didn't take communion because of the carbs in the the cracker....so I took communion the tiny cracker and drank the grape juice....He was truly in the house...

Here I go again..on my own.

Okay here I go again..on my own. Saturday March 1st I found out I was going to Hawaii. And here I am again at my highest weight ever 167. I tried eatting right I tried WW and no luck. Atkins is the only thing that works for me. I need to lose 30 lbs in 3 months. I can do it!!! I feel awful at this weight and hate myself. What a great incentive but going to Hawaii.
Yesterday and today I did well. Eggs and bacon for bf, Salad with bacon egg and cheese for LN, meatballs and salad one day and turkey breast with gravy and brocolli.
I started walking 30 min (1.5 Miles) a day and some...

B: 3 scrambled eggs with mushrooms, tea w/ cream.

L: Egg salad, raw cauli and brocolli, tea w/ lemon.

D: Roasted chicken, collard greens.

Day 23 - OWL

Gave in to some temptation today. They had some desert in the workroom. German Bee Sting cake (awesome!).

I did also resist temptation today. Went to a pizza buffet. Resisted those breadsticks and pizza pretty well. Sampled the cheese/toppings on a few. Mostly stuck with the salad bar. Also, there was some taco meat that allowed me to make a no shell taco.

Took in a few more calories than I wanted to. Might pay for it on the scale in the morning. Oh well, I'll look long term. However, they were, for the most part, low carb.
