Breakfast
  • 2 scrambled eggs cooked in butter and topped with sour cream
  • Coffee with 2 AS and cream
Lunch
  • Caesar salad, no croutons
  • 1 skewer of chicken souvlaki
  • Coca Cola Zero
Snack

Almonds and cashews (11 grams carbs) I just cannot seem to resist cashews lately. Of course the almonds are much lower in carbs, but I want the cashews every day.

Supper

Leftover chicken wings from last night
Sugar free cherry jello

It's thursday

Morning Peeps!

I am fresh off of my cheat and ready to do M/E! it's out of my system....that was some great food..now it's back to losing....my bestfriend reminded me of the wedding we have on May 24th gotta look good for then another on July 20th......by then I better be "skinny" lol...skinny for me is a size 10. anything smaller I look like a crackhead....

So I'm ready to start it....came to work with my food....diet sprite ready to take on the world!

Not yet!

I am not hungry for breakfast so I WILL wait until I am and I will enjoy it soooo much better.

1. Eat when hungry
2. Stop when full
3. Enjoy every mouthful
4. Eat what you really want



Remember to chew slowly today and drink plenty water.

Heading to the gym later! yay! Haven't been in a few days.

Did yoga this morning...felt great

Today's food:

B: ground turkey w/ onions and mushrooms...yummy...and tea with cream

L: chicken and letuuce w/ Italian dressing

D: chicken, brussel sprouts with butter, tea w/ cream
