Home scale was at 154.5

I'm happy with 154.5. Not sure what happen with the 153....TOM or my scale lied, you know how that goes!

I had a piece of pizza again last night. I see a theme here.....I must removed myself from the room if Garlic or Alfredo pizzas enter the area. I just couldn't help myself. But I stopped at one slice and my calories and carbs were appropriate for maintenance levels.

Exercise today! 1.25 hr cardio on inclined treadmill and elliptical.

A) I work better under pressure

I lie I just dont want to do it until I have to.

Counting today I am 7 days away from my official 2 week weigh in My intention is to take my 10 minute walk to a 20 minute walk all this week to improve the numbers I will see. If NC weather works with me this will be an easy feat as I can walk around my building on lunch.

It is time for a sister to get a relaxer and trim. I hate gettign my hair done with a vengeance. I love my hair dont get me wrong...

Struggling a little

Saturday 3-8-08

Finally! I got my butt out of bed this morning and ran/walked for 30 minutes!!!!

I'd forgotten how GREAT it feels. No more skipping exercise for THIS girl!

Yesterday's food:

B: Tempeh, spinach, tea w/ cream

FORGOT TO BRING LUNCH TO WORK!

D: Chicken, tea w/ cream

Been stalled all week.
Not sure why. Maybe I'm just eating too much. I normally stay within 1100-1300 calories per day. Carbs are always 20 or less. Maybe it's too much? I have no idea what it is but at this point I don't feel like tweaking my whole diet just to get it moving again. Maybe I'll just eat less today than usual. But I don't get it. It was going slow and steady for a while and now not anymore. I changed nothing in my diet! argh.
