Had something funny happened this morning. Got dressed and put on an elastic waist skirt that I had bought in August. Went into the kitchen to make breakfast and as I was standing at the stove all of a sudden my skirt fell right down and landed around my ankles! I have never had that happen before, and am so glad it happened at home and not on the way to the bus this morning! It's a very pretty skirk (leopard print), so I'm going to see if I can adjust the waist in it.

Yesterday was DH's 39th birthday we had supper at his parents which included BBQ's steak, shrimp scampi, fried onions...

Damn calf! Damn me!

I've got a strain in my calf again! Dammit. It doesn't feel as bad as the one that put me out of action excersise wise for the whole of January, but I'm not risking aggravating it. It's my own fault, I haven't been warming up properly before working on the stepper.

Did all my food prep for the week yesterday & saturday, so that's sorted.

Dad is up for party conference later this week! So I'll go out to dinner with him on Friday, so that's either going to be a planned off plan, or a big test!

Hey Sunshynes!

It's Monday morning....and I'm tired...beat...sleepy really not wanting to be at work....but I am here! I am again going to do M/E strict for a couple of days and see where that takes me! I ate horrible the past couple of days so I'm pretty sure I have a lot to make up.

Anyways I had a great time in Albany visiting with friends...didn't get any sushi but hey! Things could be worse!

My Hunger Scale for IE

HUNGER SCALE

10 - STUFFED: so full that you feel nauseous
9 - VERY UNCOMFORTABLY FULL:
you need to loosen your clothes
8 - UNCOMFORTABLY FULL: you feel bloated
7 - FULL: you feel a little bit uncomfortable
6 - PERFECTLY COMFORTABLE: you feel satisfied
5 - COMFORTABLE: you're more/less satisfied,
but could eat a little more
4 - SLIGHTLY UNCOMFORTABLE: you're just
beginning to feel signs of hunger
3 - UNCOMFORTABLE: stomach is rumbling
2 - VERY UNCOMFORTABLE: you feel irritable
& unable to concentrate...

Intuitive Eating #1

So I'm going to start tracking my progress while doing intuitive eating.

For the past week or so I have been getting to grips with the principles of it.

I think I am getting better at it so now I'm really hoping for some weight loss.

I'm going to start tracking my hunger levels throughout the day and take note of how I feel before and after eating. I am also going to look at the reasons why I ate what I did.

I'm striving to not count anything! I'm just eating when my body says it needs food.

So far today I got up about...
