My story: I discovered the low carb lifestyle in 2002 and did it for a while. I felt really good, had a lot of focus and energy, was never hungry, AND was able to curb a lot of my junk food binging habits which have plague me since my teens. I also lost 30 pounds

But I didn't have a good maintenance plan set up and I also switched to being a vegetarian (not for animal activist...
