Wow this is my first blog ever. Yipee!
So I have come back to the website after about a 3 year hiatus. Hubby and I started lowcarbing in January 2003, and we did well in the first year. DH about 120 pounds, and I lost almost 80. The second year we didn't really lose weight. We started upping the carbs too much. Low carbing was getting lots of attention at that time, and there were tons of low carb products out there, and we were eating way too much low carb junk food.
