I weighed this AM to see how much water I am gaining before TOM and I lost another 1/2 lb. Ill take it. Trying to get to the darn 170's seem to be taking forever. I am really praying that I get there before the end of next month.

It's Thursday...and I am YAWNING!!

I can't seem to wake up. The weather is gloomy outside...we are getting some flurries today, AGAIN! Oh well...Can't do anything about that...so!

I am still battling the cravings...as you know they hang around for much of the first week during induction. I made a batch of cinnamon oopsie rolls to help with that...Pray for me...I am getting ready to eat breakfast. I only had a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll so far...

Menu

B: coffee/cinnamon roll/eggs/sausage
L: Tuna on oopsie roll
D: Tilapia w/ either broccoli or salad

Hi!

I didnt have much time yesterday, but im going to explain to you all (and be honest to myself) about how I got this BIG and what changes to my life im going to make to work thru it all (and get rid of some of the emotional issues that I still have lurking about inside )

So, basically, last year was CARP. My father got diagnosed with cancer, after being ill for months, and my son and I moved to Folkestone, which is a seaside town in Kent, UK to be nearer him and to give us a better quality of life and to live away from the rat race. I rented a top floor apartment...

Motivation and Gratification

Was looking at some info on my health insurance website today. Calculated my BMI and it 40.8 -- yikes!!

The chart on their website says:
underweight - below 18.5
normal - 18.5 - 24.9
overweight - 25-29.9
obese - 30 and above

Now when I get to calculating, to even enter into the NORMAL category, I will need to lose down to 159 lbs. My ultimate goal is 145 which would put me at 22.7 BMI. So I got to thinking, I am losing a 'normal' sized person to get to my goal. That for some reason, just cracks me up.

The kicker was that...

B: 3 eggs cooked in butter, 1 oz cheese, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 red pepper
L: 1 portion salmon cooked in olive oil, 1 oz cheese, RAW VEGGIE MIX
D: 1 chicken leg, 1 chicken breast with skin baked in oil, 1 oz cheese, RAW VEGGIE MIX
S: 1 oz cheese, RAW VEGGIE MIX
S: 1/3 cup whipping cream, 1 packet splenda, dash apple pie spice, dash vanilla, 1 tsp fibersure

Raw veggie mix:
-1/2 cucumber
-1/2 green pepper
-1/2 red pepper
-1 cup celery

I had a lot of veggies! Down 3 pounds so far, but I expect to lose more by the...
