Been a long time!

Gosh, I can't believe I've been without posting for so long. I had a great weekend, but it was not good for the eating. On to a new week! I didn't weigh myself because I don't think I want to know. I know after a few days of eating right I'll be back anyway. One good thing to keep me on track: my tummy is upset. Don't really feel like eating much of anything, including junk.

Today:

B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, green salad, blue cheese
S: beef jerky, sugar snap peas, almonds
D: I don't know...shrimp and veggies?
S: 1/2 zone...

I've heard this saying several times before and it is true. It has been proven throughout history. The power of positive thinking has made headlines over and over again. It's what some therapeutic practices are based on. It is the reason that "The Secret", self help books, and life coaches are so popular and successful. If we can just start thinking on the positive and not on the negative then amazing things will happen. But it takes work. The bible says this:

Goal for Monday

My Cardio-Callanetics & Callanetics Evolution Blog

So its Feb now St-Valentine's day is coming soon, hmmm. I went on the callanetics.com and was reading through the FAQ, i came across the Cardio part and they said to do the Cadrio-Callanetics Mon, Wed, Frid & Tues, Thurs, Sat for the Callanetics Evolution for 6x a week and you will trim up quickly. I'm going to give it a try for a while maybe for the whole month of Feb just to see what happens. I will take my measurements to tomorrow then in 1 one from now see if there is any difference. My WOE for the past week is not the greatest,but i have added whole grains in & i have Lean Cuisine...
