Day 18 high carb, high calorie.
No matter what I weigh on Friday after cycling for 3 weeks, I won't continue this same pattern of carb cycling. It takes too much planning to keep up with 3 days low carb, one day high, two days low etc...I need a notebook just to keep track of what day is what. To make things easier I'll just stick with one high carb day a week so that my body continues to enjoy and get used to the occasional high carb day; and I'm not picking the weekend so that it's an excuse to screw up and pig out; I'll be making Monday my high carb day because it's easy to...
