Day 18 high carb, high calorie.

No matter what I weigh on Friday after cycling for 3 weeks, I won't continue this same pattern of carb cycling. It takes too much planning to keep up with 3 days low carb, one day high, two days low etc...I need a notebook just to keep track of what day is what. To make things easier I'll just stick with one high carb day a week so that my body continues to enjoy and get used to the occasional high carb day; and I'm not picking the weekend so that it's an excuse to screw up and pig out; I'll be making Monday my high carb day because it's easy to...

My hormones turned me into a ravenous beast today but I still ate on plan, maintained my normal percentages, and kept my net carbs low.

Calories - 3036
Fat - 227 (68%)
Carbs - 56 (3%)
Fiber - 31
Net Carbs - 25
Protein - 219 (29%)

Day 17 is another low carb, low calorie day.

Due to TOM and my ravenous appetite today, I've increased my calories and added a batch of CO bark with lots of peanut butter and shredded coconut for the first time in weeks!

Menu:

Meal 1 - Heroin Chicken Drumsticks (inhaled them for breakfast!)
Meal 2 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 3 - Gr. Beef & Sausage with veggies.
Meal 4 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 5 - Bacon & Eggs
Meal 6 - CO Bark OR more CO Cereal

Calories - 1776+
Fat - 127 (65%)

Day 15 and it's back to low carb, low calorie.
It always feels good to get back to bacon & eggs after I've had a high carb day.

I'm trying to incorpoate Paul McKenna's advice into my day. It's all good advice but it's a lot to remember. I do put my fork down after each bite and chew my food at least 20 times, even though I look like a dufus. I try not to eat while watching tv or reading (that's a hard one). I try to leave some food on my plate (another hard one). I have not closed my eyes yet to receive messages from my stomach on whether it's full or not (because I...
