Today went well. I stayed on plan and found some SoySlender at Albertsons.
Hotel scale said 167 again.
I did an extra 30 min of cardio.
No weights today.

Daily Update - Tuesday

Oops! Didn't post yesterday.

Weigh in: 214

Monday menu:
B - eggs and pork chops
S - string cheese and sf choc americano with HC
L - salad with blue cheese
S - string cheese
D - sirloin burger and zucchini with parm and a davinci mudslide

Totals: Cals 1161, Fat 83, Carb 8, Protein 89.

Today's weigh in: 214

Tuesday menu:
B - pork chop omelet lettuce wrap
S - SF choc americano with HC, pickles
L - tuna salad with horseradish and normal salad
D - Zucchini with parm and shrimp and another davinci mudslide.. soo good. no more! I must stop making these!

Totals: Cals 1085, Fat 63, Carb 7, Protein 113.

Did 20 minutes on elliptical and 15 on the bike. Cals burned (per the machines) 330.

Awww Man!

I've had a Chipotle salad two nights in a row. It was so delicious that I had to have it again tonight. The salad dressing was so good...I had a bad feeling it might have sugar in it. So I finally looked it up...ELEVEN carbs! Dang it! I also had some guacamole...EIGHT carbs! Darn it! And their tomato salsa...SIX carbs. YARRRRRGH! I went so far over twenty carbs today I don't even want to think about it! I had already had eight carbs earlier today from my broccoli and cauliflower with my lunch.

However, there are ways to cut down on the carbs in the salad. I'll have

Day two, Tuesday

Today (Feb. 5, 2008) was a more challenging day to push myself to get the exercise in... but I prevailed Just felt blah.... and achy from yesterday's exercise.

Exercise:
bike workout--20 min.
stretching--10 min
rebound--10 min
lower body workout... 2 1/2 lb dumb.

deep breathing exercises to relax

Menu:
B... low carb shake
L... lc chicken nuggets from recipe room
dipped in Blue Cheese dressing
snack... d.coffee/cream/splenda and 1/2 a lc food bar
D... salmon and lc coleslaw and a few...

Let's see, back to 128--not ideal but at least I'm back on track. Today is one of those days that I'm running around like crazy. Usually I'm just running around like erratic...haha
