Doing good today so far.
My steak for lunch is in the oven and my dinner is planned in fitday. I figured that I need to be close to 1000 cal/day to keep on track with 2lb/wk weight loss.

My home scale was down 1 lb this morning. I did heavy cardio yesterday and stayed at 1000 cal yesterday.

I'll have to make sure I cook to have left overs to be able to bring a good breakfast and lunch to work. I can't eat the heavier stuff at night if I want to stick to that theory of eating most of your calories earlier in the day.

Did my cardio, 40min inclined...

Brainstorming

Hi everyone, these are just some ideas of what I want to set up as rewards for getting to minor/major goals. :)

206 - Buy myself that travel coffee mug I've been wanting for the last 3 months!! (it's so pretty!)

199 - don't know yet for sure. Maybe get a new espresso machine? Mine is over 5 years old now.

192 (challenge with some ladies at work) - manicure/spa something :cool:

183 - Don't know yet

Goal (175) - New clothes (replacing EVERYTHING), get hair and makeup done -and- go on vacation somewhere!!! (Europe again I'm sure ;))...

Darn, up a tad this morning. Only by 0.2 of a kilo. Still, I know I'm going down in size as my clothes are getting looser.

I wonder if I'm retaining water/dehydrated today. I don't think I got all my water in yesterday and felt very thristy when I woke up this morning. I didn't even drink a lot of tea or coffee yesterday. I may try weighing again in couple of days.

I also have to keep better track of my vitamins. Sometimes I'm not sure if I've taken them!

I need to ensure I add up a final carb count for the day, to eliminate any carb creep. (Perhaps...

Saturday Feb-9

I had a good workout today. I did 2 laps around the track to warm up. Then I hit the treadmill for 25 min. Doing those laps always help me on the treadmill. I guess what they say about warming up is true!!

I sat in the sauna too. Oh how I miss topping off my workouts with that then a shower! I was in heaven. I felt like a baby and wanted to stick my thumb in my mouth!!

My menu sucked bad. I didn't eat enough food!
