Got a little busy last night. I did not post. So I'll combine. Thanks to those of you that have visited so far. When I figure out how to reply to some, I'll do so. Just know, I appreciate it!

Wednesday went good. I resisted pretty much all carbohydrates for the day. I did sneak two chocolates (Valentine's candy). Tasted good. I also was at work late in meetings, so I stopped by the local Taco John's and purchased two hard shell tacos. Last time I was on this diet, I noticed a few hard shells did not cause any major setbacks.

Thursday was even better. I felt full...

Many present day low-carbers have an advantage over the mid nineties low-carbers.

We didn't get sick with the Induction Flu so many complain about now. But they sure are luckier when going off plan.

Typical 1997 post: Went off plan last night for a celebration. Had Fettuccine Alfredo, followed by Tiramisu.
Sooo delicious. On the way home we stopped at Dairy Queen for a soft cone. I'll be up a pound or two tomorrow but I have no regrets.

Did not weigh in this am. Can't believe that. The weather is really bad and Chloe is with me, so weighing in this am was not on my mind. I'll take today off work and bring Chloe to day care late and go to the gym.
There's a "Friendship" party for the kids at 2:15 at day care, so I'll go to it. They will decorate cookies with frosting. I can easily avoid eating cookies, no desire for them.

I have a small cold. It is not too bad, but just enough to make you tired and want to sleep all day.

Since Will is out of town I don't have to worry about Valentine's...
