Maybe If I write daily or when I can sneak in a few blogs, I can remain some what sane....or not. Anyway this could help.

Today was like anyother day except I had to much coffee and a diet pepsi I feel like Im gonna have an anxiety attack, what was I thinking? I havent felt like this in months. Im here at work waiting to be free!, I cant even stop singing or humming stupid random tunes, I have way to much energy and to top it off, my manager is listening to me and finishing the rest of my tunes...we are a bunch of crazies! Im not much hungry today (thank god)...

Better Week

Down another 1.4lbs. Going slowly but getting further away from the dreaded 300lbs. Happy birthday Renee I wanted to start a thread and do that but don't know how, Maybe someone will read this and tell me how to do it. It is probably so simple but I just haven't sussed it yet.

Week 5

So this last week or so has been just awful! I didn't know if my BF was going to stay with me (we've been together 10 months), I didn't care what I ate. But I did go to the gym!

But things are much better now. I think everything is worked out! He is really the greatest guy, but I just get so insecure for no reason!!!! But he is always there for me.

Hello everyone,

I have moved over here from the IF board because I was starting to think that I was gaining too much weight on IF. Then I read an article by Dr. Eades that seemed to add some science behind my sneaking suspicion that my metabolism was cooling down. So, I'm going to stop IF'ing for awhile to see if I can fire it back up again.

I do believe IF is a wonderful tool for simplifying and learning how to overcome challenges with overeating at certain times of the day. It also teaches about the difference between being really hungry and just wanting food. Overall...

November check-in

Well, I am not so happy with the way November has gone for me as far as weight loss. I have had way too many problems with food choices and out of control eating. So needless to say, weight has been yo-yoing.

I am trying to return to basics to stabilize--like drinking more water and having some healthy smoothies and more greens.

I will say that I have been getting in more exercise, though, especially this week and I am looking to organize myself around the exercise each day.
