Run was done. Very very slow for me, but done nonetheless...

3.2 miles again. Looks like I'll be cross training this week to prevent sudden overuse injuries since I am just getting back into this.

Well, another "unsuccessful" day.

My dinner was lovely and I wasn't hungry at all afterward. In fact, I was too full. I ate about 4 servings of chocolate chips after dinner, and about 1 C of Chex Mix and a Cup of Chocolate Ice Cream after the kids went to bed. Sometimes being too full actually triggers cravings for me, too.

I was pretty disgusted with myself, b/c I wasnt' hungry AT ALL. I was perfectly satisfied from my yummy dinner. I guess it's just a bad habit now, eating at night.

My weight is 145.4, up 0.1 from yesterday.

Going Running

I'm going out for a jog. Normally I take Mondays off but not today. I need to keep on trekkin. I may just go only 3 miles. Whatever, I need to just keep doing MORE activity (not obsessive but more).

Back from vacation

So I have been on a diet "break" for the last 2 weeks. I am REALLY pleased that I didn't gain any weight! I was still really careful with my food, but I did drink a lot, and eat chocolate, and make lasagna.....But I am back home and back in the LC WOE.

My next goal is to hit the 230's by the 22 of July (when MIL will be in town). I am 243 right now, and I would love to do 10 lbs in the next two weeks. I am really excited!
