Wednesday rambling

I am down and kind of depressed today. I am still in ketosis but my weight is not going down at all.

I think my date is not going to happen. Which I guess is probably good only because I feel so bad about myself right now. Why would he want to go out with a fat woman? I need to give up the dream of finding someone to love me fat or skinny. I don't think that someone exists.

This is day 10 and I still have not gone off plan but my weight is not budging. Very frustrating and making me feel like a complete failure!

Maybe tomorrow will be a...

TOM finally here Not feeling so great Dont even want to know what I weigh since I feel like a water balloon. Wish I could just relax today but no chance of that. This is the last day of chemo for brother Finally some of the soreness from baseball is going away. Cant wait to do it again

Hump Day

I have some awesome news. Despite my celebrating last Saturday, and TOM being in the house, I weighed in this morning. Since Sunday, I have lost 5 pounds!!! I believe it is a combo of working out and drinking the egg cream (thanks Jan )for breakfast every morning. I was too siked! I will post my actual weight tomorrow, since it is day 1 of my challenge...

Well........the rain has finally stopped.

The sun came out yesteday around 5PM. When DH got home I took a walk....a short one......27 minutes because then it got dark. All I needed was another 10 minutes to complete 2.0mi but by 8:25 it was pitch dark.

I took 4 walks last week ranging from 20-35 minutes. At my current weight I only earn 2 APs at 2 miles (it was 3 AP at one point, but the tracker adjusts the activity to weight). I have to figure out where I am going to add another block to my route.

Today is WI. *Sigh* I am scared to get on...
