Coconut oil must be powerful stuff

Posted 05-01-2008 at 04:50 AM by emslight
Been upping my co each day so now at about 3-4 tbsp. Sweet bayjesus this is powerful stuff. Think I've moved up on the amounts too quickly as now feel fairly nauseous. Bah.

I seem to have a crazy big appetite

Posted 05-01-2008 at 12:34 AM by emslight
I read other folks blogs and they eat hardly anything compared to me. An egg cream for breakfast, some chicken for lunch a protein shake for supper. That kind of thing. Me, I have an egg cream for breakfast - made with super filling stuff like heavy cream, coconut oil, spoonful of flax, the works - but it still ain't enough and I'll be hungry again in a few hours. So then I'll eat some protein - maybe a few pieces of cold meat or fish - and a scoop of coconut oil and maybe some cheese and then I think, ooops, shouldn't this have a little bit of carbs in it to balance it as a snack so I have...

Wednesday, Oh what a day!

Posted 04-30-2008 at 05:21 PM by jgw
I'm a nurse and I also teach at the local vocational center. It's getting hot and what's the saying my grandma use to say.
"their nature rising" or something like that. Other than a few attitudes everythings being going great for me today.

B- egg cream
L- chicken w/o skin
D- hot beef dip with a few skins for dipping
S- coffee

Later I might make me another egg cream and pour it over a diet root beer. Yum!!

God is good all the time.
Later!

Exhaustion hit today- hard. 2 hours in at work and I had literally no energy, I was falling asleep, felt dizzy and sick, and had to go home at 2. I keep skipping meals and I cut down what I was eating too dramatically too quickly, and doing exercise too, not sleeping much = not a happy bunny.
Gonna trust my mum for a couple of weeks, she lost over half her body weight doing LC, without obsessing over the numbers so much. So I'll listen to her, if I stop losing weight or gain then I'll rethink but yeah, I can't carry on making myself ill.
Bit pathetic that at 21 years old...
