Yeah, nice surprised this morning. Guess what it was.
*UGH* I am feeling it!

I am hurtin' for certain! and.....I only slept 5 hours.
Still, I managed to squeeze out at least 2 AP's. 20 minutes NordicTrack (although more than 10 minutes were just legs cause i am pooped), 20 minutes stationary and a little upper body stuff (Which is only like 9 minutes long, so I usually don't count that towards AP's). I think unless I have time constraints I should always shoot for at least 2 AP's a day because outside of that, I don't move much. I am on the computer...
