I feel lost, weary, lonely, overwhelmed and have taken so many wrong turns. You know the plans You have for me. Order my steps! I feel stuck in life between the questions "why?" and "when?" Before I give up and shut down with an "I don't care anymore" attitude, please meet me right now where my needs are. Reveal to me your blessed assurance in a way that I could not doubt your presence and provision in my life. Change my heart, thoughts and words. If there are no doors of escape from my circumstances, teach me to endure with courage, faith, a plan of action...

Dont know if the scale moved because TOM s coming soon I hate that part. I did walk a mile in 20 min yesterday which felt great. I made sure that I am in ketosis so I must be burning some fat somewhere My daughter is singing again this morn so its time to get ready. Whats weird is usually around this time before TOM I am usually not feeling to well, but this month I feel OK. Maybe its because there isnt any poisons in my body Everyone have a great weekend

Stayed on Plan!

Yay! I went out to Red Lobster for dinner last night and had a DELISH shrimp and lobster caesar salad. I did have a couple of stuffed mushrooms, but there didn't seem to be hardly any breading in the stuffing...it was mostly seafood and cheese. Then we went to the Billy Joel concert and he ROCKED! He sounds just as good as he did when he was younger AND he is an AMAZING pianist! They had a camera that would zoom in on his fingers and my mouth would just drop open! I had so much fun and it was guilt free!

Day 19 - OWL

Today's Weight - 237 lbs (-18 lbs)

Well, I knew it was going to happen. After being sick, I was a little dehydrated. The scale read 237 lbs this morning. I know I am going to be up a pound or two tomorrow. I did good on making up the calories. Yesterday, I only consumed 500 calories. Today, it was more like 1600.

Have not exercised much this week. Tomorrow, it is supposed to be in the mid 60s for a high. Great weather to get outside and burn some calories. My official weekly weigh in is Sunday. I set a goal to reach 237 and I should come very close. Based on this...

I'm tired of my behaviour

I've been good all week following PP but for I'm not eating much *more* but I'm trying.
The scale is bouncing between 159-161.This afternoon it said 164 but I slipped yesterday and had a few baileys coffee,skipped supper and had oatmeal later...sigh....
I have 2.5 months to lose a goal of(and I'm being conservative here)15lbs.Often it takes me that long to lose 5lbs(which I promptly put back on again).
We're going on a camping holiday.I'd like to wear shorts.
Why am I not motivated to exercise?
I took the kids skating the other day but I need a regimented plan...
