Middle of the week!

Morning sunshynes!!!!

I didn't weigh in last night but I did attend the meeting...then the meeting was great. Great encouragement for the next week....I'm eating extra clean....no snacking...which helps a lot....

Where's Marlette? Girl where ya at
Skinny vibes to Reg today who's gonna make it to onederland....I NEED her to make it to Onderland

Anyways prayer was awesome last night learning everyday to trust God for even the little things...as I would the big things....

Day 5, Not so good

Yesterday we had visitors and we opened a packet of biscuits. I was hoping they'd pig out, but they only ate 1.... There were 6 in the pack. So, later I ate 3. Today I calculated the carbs I ate.....23g!!!

I use Fitday and sometimes it is difficult. Unless I am not using it to it's fullest. Last night I cooked the Atkins Curry Burger (I added a spring onion to it). It was very nice. We had it with salad and a tiny bit of grilled cheese on top (I say tiny because the cheese mostly slipped off). Problem is Fitday wont let me add the burger as a custom food unless I know...

First day of induction

Ok, trying this again. I do so good, then I talk myself out of Atkins and things just go to hell in a handbasket from there. I am ashamed to type that I weigh more then when I first started. I weighed in at 198 this morning. I could just cry when I write that. Well, this is it, I am going to do it this time. I am also working on changing my mindset about dieting with a book I got on the internet. It is from a women , Beck, that has helped lots of people with their weightloss issues. Everyday for the next 6 weeks she gives assingments to work on thinking like a thin person. Today was number 1....

l: McD's - side salad, ranch dressing, double cheeseburg w/o bun
d: large bowl of lettuce, grape tomatoes, peppers, cukes, kielbasa, dressing; chicken leg quarter, cottage cheese. I was hungry!!

Did 15 minutes of my WATP today! Second day in a row!! Woohoo!!

Well Its official . I hit 8 pounds .

I made myself a log for me to write everything in water excersis and pounds lost and diet . So Im trying to get to a good weight for me and Im really far away from it . Im shooting to lose 70 pounds by December .... Do you think that doable . I estamated it out as 20 pounds the first month because its the time where you lose the most . Then after that Im thinking 10 pounds a month after that . Does that sound realistic????????????????/I hope so . That doesnt even put me at my wishing weight though but realllllll close ..... LOL !!! Well Im off to a walk even though I still have a cold...
