BREAKFAST: 2 pieces of tenderloin and diet rite

LUNCH: 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers no bun with tom and 1 pack of ketchup
20 oz water
tea with 1 sweet n low

DINNER: 2 pieces of broiled fish and about 1/4 cup of string beans
20 oz water

SNACK: a piece of snack cheese

Another crazy day for me. Alot of the neighborhood kids are graduating today so I will be spread thin trying to make all of their parties.

Glad to see everyone is back and doing fine

Yesterday I got in 3 miles in under 40 min plus played frisby for over an hour with the kids so lots of exercise for me

There and back again...
I have been missing in action for a bit now. I went on a road trip to Texas on the 21st.

Magic Wednesday weigh in days:
10 pound challenge starting 4/1/08
Starting weight: 153.8
April 02 = 153.8
April 09 = 151.0
April 16 = 149.7
April 23 = 151.5
April 30 = 148.1
May 07 = 151.0
May 14 = 150.7
May 21 = 153.0
May 28 = 151.8
June 04 =
June 11 =


I ate badly most of the trip. How does anybody live in Texas and not have a weight problem? I don't...

Today is Day 4 Smoke-free

I've heard that after 72 hours without a smoke the body clears out the (immediate) toxins and the actual nicotine cravings should be gone. The remaining cravings are psychological rather than physiological...hope that's right!

Karazona, I appreciate the ideas. I've been doing lc since January of 2007 but have just VERY recently gotten active on this site. I look forward to checking out the recipe sections!

I'm on my 2nd cup of coffee (thank goodness that doesn't cause me to crave-LOL-I've quit smoking before and TRIED to quit coffee, guess which is easier for me...)...
