I am proud of myself. I no longer make excuses not to walk but instead find ways to make sure I have time to walk. I think I do it more for stress relief than anything.

Yesterday 1.5 miles

Today scale down another 1/2 lb making it 51 lbs gone for good.

BREAKFAST: 2 pieces of tenderloin and Diet Dr Pepper

LUNCH: small can of pre made tuna and 20 oz water
(am trying to save up for tonight-going to friends house. Dont know what there will be to eat yet)

DINNER: Chicken caesar salad
mixed drinks (all with no carbs)

202 this morning. Major binge last night. I was bribing myself to get to work on a project. Wasted the evening reading about election results instead. When will I learn sugar does not make my brain work better?

Hey Peeps!

I'm down a lb!

Tonight is my students senior prom! I'm going to be really tired tomorrow.
I brought my cereal to work and forgot my soy milk...uggghhh I'm sooo uggghhh

Anyways.....it's rainy and nasty.....I'm hungry and have no milk....no complaints here though

Getting close to a previous low

The last time I tried to lose weight was from April-Aug of 2006.

Back then I started at 360 and got down to 323.4 for a loss of 36.6 lbs.

I am currently at 327 for a loss of 27.4 lbs right now. less than 4 more lbs and I'll the the lowest I've been in years.

Football season and holidays did me in last time.

MOTIVATION

This football season, I'll be armed with a different way of eating, and the planning. I've already recognized that football season will be a problem and I'm developing the mindset to not go hogwild on food and...
