Carb up day for me...it's these days that get me worried because I definitely don't want to regain what I have lost. Just had some EZ cinnamon raisin toast with peanut butter. That stuff is good. Weighing in at 185.6 today or something like that. Gained a pound somewhere this week. That pisses me off because I would rather gain a pound eating chips and potatoes than salad and meat!

Maybe that's why they don't suggest weighing everyday. A co-worker mentioned I'm looking like I'm losing weight so that's cool. Out with the ladies tonight...DD so no alcohol for me. Don't think I would...
