Another Friday is here!

It's Friday and the weekend is almost here! Thank goodness!!! TOM started yesterday and I feel....eh...blah. I have cramps, my back aches and I feel super bloated. I don't even have to step on the scale to know that it's up. I still plan on going to my meeting tomorrow though. Maybe I'll use my "no weigh" pass tomorrow. Or maybe I wont...I may just step on the scale but not look at my card. I'm feeling really good about the program and my progress and I'm not going to let one weigh in take away that feeling. I can now even tell that I'm making progress. I can definitely see it...

Well I did 30 minutes WATP, 10 minutes NT and 30 minutes Upper Body Strength Training and I am beat.

I was supposed to go out tonight and meet friends for dinner but I crapped out last minute. I was dressed and everything but much too fatigued to go out. My limbs are heavy and I have no strength. I think I exercised too much post phlebotomy treatment.

I'm also still really upset about my 2 (supposed) friends that set me up and created all this drama I have going on w/ another friend. I am still very hurt and upset and the thing of it is, no one knows this because...

Day 10

Today was bumming day. I love bumming day soooo much. I only leave our place usually once a week, so when that day rolls around I'm all over it.

Went to lots of stores, did lots of errands, bought the things I need. Didn't get too many groceries. I still have enough veggies home and meat, so just got some eggs, sting cheese, butter, and a box of Atkins bars (like a mounds bar). I didn't eat dinner until I got home at 2:30.

Brkf: same
dinner: braniberry salad
1 sting cheese, lunch meat
snack: pecans
protein shake
supper:
lettuce...

Feeling is there

I have not weighed because TOM is in town but I actually am feeling thinner and have been cold lately..I could swear I read that is a good sign for metabolism? Am I wrong?

Started taling coconut oil today. Its so yummy! I had some with eggs this morning and then made bark which was REALLY good. But..I ate half the bark and now feel a bit sick. Hope its just that I am overdoing the CO so soon?

Will weigh in tomorrow or Sat, depending on when TOM leaves town

Goals

God I hate goals because I never achieve them on course. I just like to play it by ear and hope for the best. On my WOE, I've been sticking to plan and figured it would work the way it wants with my body, but now I see that others are using mini goals as motivation and I think that would be a good step for me. Instead of letting the weight loss happen, I will control it and empower it!

Start weight: 253
Goal weight: 105-120
1 month loss: 26
current weight: 227

mini goal: 7 by July 1st
reward: buying polish and sexifying my nails
...
