Getting back into Working Out

I have been away from exercising for a minute. Sickness and family drama have derailed me. I am ready to get back into sweating I need it b/c I can tell that i am missing something from my daily routine. My body is going through shock and everything is thrown off. I am fatigued, and my energy level is pretty much non-exsistent. I want a change and the only way I see changing those things is getting back to what made a difference in my life and that is working out...

Prayers are much needed to see me through this.

Woke up this AM at 163.5 so another 1/2 lb gone
Started lifting weights yesterday so I will keep trying to lift 3x a week
Got some personal stuff goin on with the fam thats not makin me to happy but I'll deal with it

I am drinking my water!!!!

Eating healthy and cutting out junk.... and working out this week..3x!
