I wasn't able to stick with Stillman's today cause there wasn't anything to eat except a salad; so I had that and cottage cheese.

b: beef jerkey
l: salad and cottage cheese
s: cottage cheese
d: hot dog, cheese, salsa
s: beef jerkey

I didn't feel near as hungry today as yesterday. Yahoo!!

So, by the powers that be, I've been forgiven and allowed a return. I needed it too because I'm so disgusted with the other weight loss choices, I only really know this one and I need the support something bad. Thanks Tom, Dotti, FC and especially CHERI!!!

so, I joined WW with 14 of my coworkers. Paid out the $168 (wish I hadn't but hell, if i didn't then the other 14 couldn't go through the program either... there had to be at minimun 15 people) anyway, I joined 3 weeks ago and weighed in at 302.2. At the end of week 1, I weighed in at 304.6. At the end of week 2, I weighed...

Really Depressing

Yesterday was an okay day, still no energy. I took an energy pill and went to the gym to lift and try cardio. I did good but felt horrid. Felt okay the rest of the day. Did well calories wise as well but really upped the supplements taking everything I had - CoQ10, l-carn, l-glut, 5-htp, vit c, b-complex, iron, vit d, calcium, just to try to get my body to feel healthy.


Today I felt even more like sh*t. I have no energy. My sodium is low, I peeing like crazy. I tried cardio but felt terrible. I am probably fighting ketosis. I will not give in though. I'm forcing...
