I had a great day today! My energy was through the roof and I worked out soooooooooooooo hard! I did WATP 3 mile power walk. It was awesome!
That Mary Kay kicked my butt on the second mile, I was sweating up a storm.

That dvd was very inspiring. There was a man who lost 70lbs walking and 2 women that lost 100 lbs each. I love dvd's where they use REAL PEOPLE! It's very inspiring. I loved it so much I ordered a copy from half.com

Then I had so much energy I went out w/ my friend Laura. We had a great time and it was so nice to have energy! I may be sore tomorrow...

Had a great day - kinda. Changed up my schedule and got some lifting in during lunch. I have never seriously hit the weights hard core at my work gym simply because they have mostly pulley and lever machines and barbells. No actual squat bar or free bars. Today was back, bis, and shoulders so I gave it a shot. It was an okay workout but really missed my heavy weights with full range of motion.

Went to the doctor today and am on Lexepro now. I told her about my binging and my desire for perfection - something that I can never achieve and don't have a reason too. I don't know...

Holy cow!! It feels like it's been years, but it has only been a week or two. I suppose it feels this way because I'm totally addicted to this site! I wish I had a wonderful story to tell about my absence, but I don't. School has been insane lately and I really need to up my game! I need to do the same for my weight loss. I haven't been losing like I want, although I've stayed on plan. I can't wait until the summer session is over!!! Hopefully I pass!!! Because of the craziness, I'll have to cut back on this site, but I'll still be around and you'll all still be in my prayers! Well, I've got to...
