Southbound

Back to the doctor today and I have dropped 12 more. This is easy, almost too easy. Maybe this is the Golden shot or whatever it is everyone talks about. The first time someone loses on a low carb diet is supposed to be the easiest, then if they gain it back it's supposed to be much more difficult the second time around. But, evidently, if you screw it up the first time then the second time around is gold.
My diet has not changed much, eggs and sausage for breakfast, usually two medium sized hamburger patties with cheese and some sort of vegetable or a small salad for lunch. Supper is more...

It's Saturday, I hope everyone is doing well! I am doing okay. On and off plan, I need to get back here daily for the support!
I know I can do this on my own but it is much easier with friends.
I'm shopping for a computer and will get one soon.

Size 24 no more

It's official, I can't wear size 24 pants anymore.. shucks .... ....
Not only can I pull my jean capris on and off without undoing the button or the zipper, but I swear if Matthew or Vicky pulled on my pant leg a little harder my pants would have gone sliding off. Plus they look RIDICULOUSLY beggy and very unflattering.
YAYYYYYYYYYY!!!! No more size 24 pants for me!!!!!
I only lost 20lbs so far though... so that's not THAT much, but what a great feeling!!

Another great workout day!

Granted my energy was not as high as yesterday because I only slept 4 1/2 hours but that didn't stop me from a 2 mile WATP (30 minutes) and 10 on the good ol' Nordic Track followed by 25 lower body strength training.

Can you say *GRRRRRR*??????

LOL

Going to the twins party with dreaded (yet anticipated) pizza!!! I will only eat to hunger, no more than 2 slices (blotted) and no cake. (maybe) LOL!

No seriously, I am doing so well w/ only eating things that are nourishing to my body...
