It was cold outside today so we only walked for a little under a mile but at least we did something.
I hate my mom's scale, I step on it 5 times in the morning and each time it gives me a different number

. I'm not getting her a new scale because they're moving and that's one less thing to pack.
Plus I figure this will be a good way to get over my scale addiction, right? Since I can't rely on the numbers I just have to concentrate on eating well, walking more and enjoy my clothes fitting better
