should i keep track of food?

Posted 06-19-2008 at 04:16 PM by xal_84
i'm trying to decide if i should use this blog as a "food diary" of sorts. i won't use fitday or any of those, because the way i can't seem to find the exact food i ate drives me insane. i don't know though. keeping track can let other's help me with my menu's and point out what i could be doing wrong, but also leave me open for criticism :/ meh.

so anyhow, went off k/e for a couple days, hoping to stabilize any weight gain i would get from switching to another plan. up .8 lbs, but that's less than expected. not sure how to go about switching to a new plan though, so...

It's my B-Day :)

Posted 06-19-2008 at 10:27 AM by Maja
So today is my birthday and I'm not using that as an excuse to cheat. Even though it would be soooo easy to have something sinfully sweet, but I'm not going to.
Actually the idea of eating doesn't appeal to me at all. I don't realy feel like eating anything, nothing sounds good and I'm just eating because I'm hungry and I know I have to.

I'll probably make some oopsie rolls, I made a batch yesterday and my mom LOVES them. So that wil be just like eating Bday cake .

Good Morning !! Tonight I have to work overnight, so I need a nap around noon.

But....before that I am making OPRAH's Fav Turkey Burger. I cut the recipe in half and there is NO WAY I am making 8oz burgers (remember, I am cheap with my points, LOL)

Thanks for all of your supportive posts in my blog...I really appreciate them !!

Walked 3 miles yesterday and did 20 sets of lifting. I will walk again today but let my arms rest.
Everything else is ok for the moment and will hopefully stay that way because I dont think I can take another week like last week.
Looking forward to Friday so that I can get out of here and go to the valley.
