New Start! June 23, 2008

Okay...today is a new start for me (once again). I fear I'm headed up into the 160'2 if not already there and I"m taking control of myself. My one month long eating and drinking jag has ended officially! Am heading off to the store to pick up some hamburger and Italian sausage for the Dreamfield's lasagna tonight. Next week i"m going back strictly into induction but this week I'm giving DA a taste of the lc lifestyle and how diverse it can be. In other words, one can cook while doing low carbing. He loves lasagna and so I thought I would make him some the lc way...low sugar tomato...

TOM here so not sure what I weigh.
Got in about 30 sets of lifting yesterday so I will rest today.
Got lots of running around to do today so everyone enjoy your day

Yes I am the same still 16 pounds down . I wish it would go faster but I guess it can not go down everyday . Right ? Oh well I just happy Im looking better and feeling better and the pounds are dropping . Yeayyy ! Maybe tomorrow !!!!

A kick in the butt!

Well, if I didn't already have enough reasons to lose weight I certainly do now. I get to be a bridesmaid at my brother's wedding! I'm really excited to be part of his big day, but man am I fearing the dreaded bridesmaid dress. It's not that I think they will pick out ugly dresses, it's just that when you have 4 or 5 bridesmaids with all different body types, one of us is bound to be wearing a dress that doesn't flatter our body. And I'm going out on a limb here and guessing that it will be me! It's hard to flatter a size 24. Especially when most of the bulk is in the waist and chest...

yesterday's food:

coffee
2 eggs
1 slice cheese
3 bacon strips
1 Tbsp canola oil
.5 c frozen chopped spinach
1 slice chopped onion

South Beach Living Caprese chicken and broccoli
3/4 c s/f canned peaches
coffee
crystal lite

1 cheese string
2Tbsp walnuts
crystal lite

1 scoop whey powder
1 Tbsp s/f vanilla syrup
2 Tbsp heavy cream

1 c plain yogurt
