I used Fitday for the first time today. Yesterday's totals:

Calories: 2352
Fat: 195
Carbs: 81
Protein: 83

Walked 3 miles last night.

I think I am having one of my mini stalls again because I cant get rid of 163. I am not worried about it since it happens every once in awhile.
I know I am eating clean and getting plenty of exercise so I will just ride it out.

Arms still very sore so I will rest them another day and try to get some walking in tonight since I have to run around all morning

Ugh. I can not seem to get truly started on my new way of eating. I keep telling myself tomorrow I'll start. But when tomorrow rolls around there is always some other excuse to wait another day. I have a bunch of non low carb friendly foods in the house (including a tub of refrigerated cookie dough) that are just sitting in the kitchen staring at me, practically begging me to eat them. Then I had a birthday party to go to last weekend and there was food and cake and mixed drinks, etc. Needless to say I gave in to temptation. Then I've got people at work that are just dead set believers...

184 BABY!!!! I met my goal of 5 lbs and then some. I Will order my book today on Amazon. The moment it Clicks. My next 5 lb goal is 179. I haven't decided what I will reward myself with then, will have to think about it all day and post tomorrow what the reward will be.

I haven't been able to do any more tasks in my book, life is just too busy this time of year, but I am keeping up with the tasks I have done already.

Kristy's wedding was this weekend. I stuck to my plan, no cake, no nothing. It was hard, but I am so glad I did. I know if I had one bite of cake I...
