Count 'em !! Two. 1-2.

I got 2 compliments yesterday. One from a mom picking up her kid at school, and one from DD6's Godfather (my best male friend).

The Mom said "I've been meaning to tell you you look fabulous ". I personally dont know her, but I see her around school. So nice to be approached by "strangers"

Uncle Jim almost fell over when he saw me. I last saw him at about 212# where he had to do a double take. He said "Reg, I've never seen you this skinny". SKINNY We were looking at wedding...

STILL 163. Got in 3 miles and several sets of lifting
Family crap again yesterday so drank a few beers to relax Not going to lose any weight that way.
Cant wait for tomorrow to leave for the weekend

Harvard nutrition experts say there is no solid evidence that organic foods in general are healthier for humans, but that organically raised meat may prevent the spread of diseases such as bovine spongiform encephalopathy, better known as mad cow disease.

Conventionally raised livestock can catch this disease by eating the meat or bones of infected animals. But because animals sold as organic meat do not eat slaughtered animals, they are unlikely to catch mad cow disease.

Perhaps the most common concern about conventionally grown foods is the fear of ingesting pesticides...

Been sick

I have been sick and you would think I would have lost more but it didnt show up on the scale . I feel like I have lost more than the scale shows . 16 pounds down still . I dont go to the bathroom all that much though so I always think Hmmmm I wounder what I would weigh if I did . LOL !!! ANYWAYS i GUESS IF i KEEP PLUGGING AWAY ITS BOUND TO SHOW UP . lOVE ALL OF YOU FOR ALL THE COMMENTS AND SUPPORT. iTS SO WOUNDERFUL.

Evening!

I had an interesting day. Our dining room was delivered first thing this morning (it's in boxes and DA is over in his chair now, reviewing the instructions to put it together - we bought it online). Then I went over to the gym and got a free 5 days to "make up your mind". It's $77 a month with no contract (but a $49 sign-up fee) and they only deal with individual contracts - no family memberships. DA had told me, when I asked him this morning, to go ahead and signup for family membership but they rake in the bucks on the individual. I let him know the terms and it's up to hiim if he...
