I was wondering what you ladies do to stay low carb while you're PMSing from hell? The first day I tend to crave chocolate and it is all I can think about until I satisfy that "need". I did buy some low carb ice cream bars because I was going crazy, but that was yesterday and today I don't have that "need" anymore. Any tips ya'll care to share so next month I will have something on hand?

2490 cals
fat 201 g
carbs 45 (11 fiber) = 34 g effective
protein 135 g

at least I didn't eat any sugar or starch.

Part time job!

Flower said it on our WW boards. "This is like a part time job!" She is right. And just like I need to show up for my part time job I also need to show up for
. my exercise
. proper eating
. water intake
. oil intake
. 5 fruits and vegetable intake
. milk intake
. tracking what goes into my mouth.

All the pieces need to happen for it to work. I am not willing for any pieces to be dropped.

I am not paying $40 a month to have gains at the WW's scale.

First blood pressure check

Rested laying down for about 5 minutes, then took my BP: 137/95 @ 9 pm.

Meh. Better than my readings last week! But too soon to tell if it's the Taurine.

Had a pretty good day today. It didn't feel like I had as many ups/downs, so I think the smaller meals are helping. I did get a headache after dinner, but I'm wondering if it was because I over-ate. I subbed 10 hot wings for the pork chop because the chops hadn't thawed out yet.

Tried Cleo's Flax cracker with a bit of herb and lemon mayo tonight... OMG, yum! I will totally make up a batch of...

up and down .. up and down...

I wish the scale would make up it's mind already. For the last 2 weeks it's been 1 lb down, 2lbs up, 1 lb down, 1 lb up etc etc etc.. its sooo frustrating.. I saw 248 a few times.. now I'm ready to see 247!!

I am walking a lot more then usual, so maybe my body is resisting or something.. I don't know.. but I'm going to keep walking.. and keep eating well .
