183 this morning. I did hit 182 one day this week, but then it popped back up......Hey, I'll take 1 pound, it is better then gaining. I feel so good on this way of eating. I don't get hungry often, I can go for hours without eating if I have to, plus I have energy to burn. Before I was using all my extra energy trying to figure out what sugar laden treat I could eat next. This week is my anniversary, and I do plan a cheat meal, that is ok, I can do that, this is real life and I have to have a treat once in a while. Anyway, in 36 days I have lost 15 lbs.
