Another flop yesterday.

I don't know what's wrong with me. Just not "into" it. Not enough commitment to the plan.

Even "planning" 2200 calories a day and making my favorite foods isn't enough to keep me on plan. And the thoughts of going to 20, or even 30 grams of carbs a day is just horrifying! I'm not disgusted enough with the way I look to get serious about it.

I just hope that point comes before 178 pounds this time...

I guess I'll just try to concentrate on not gaining any more weight and plan for getting back on track...

[ Updated - 323.4, actually remembered to weigh in today, today being the day after]

forgot to weigh this morning, will have to weigh tomorrow morning and call it that.

haven't been able to bike to work either since being back from vacation. it sucks. was sick a little last week with a stomach virus and this week has been crazy. just haven't made time to do the preparations and packing. hope to be able to tonight.

don't really expect that I've lost anything since last week, but the pants are feeling about the same, maybe a little tighter. haven't...

All right, let's see if I keep this up

I lost roughly 100 lbs. over a couple years on Atkins a few years ago. Laziness and not keeping up on the WOE led me to gain back 40 lbs. I took off 10 - 12 lbs. this year by eating moderate carb and exercising. However, I felt crappy and it took 6 months to lose those 10 - 12 lbs.

I picked up DANDR again and wondered why I thought I was so smart and Atkins didn't know anything! On induction, I'm eating 100 - 200 calories a day more than I was for the last six months and I'm down about 5 lbs. After 2 weeks I'll add back...

A proud day!

Okay so this weekend I kinda had a binge! It was low carb but still not good to binge.

I bought 2-3 bags of the Russell Stover's SF candy Saturday and This morning there is only 3 pieces left...total from all the bags. Now don't get me wrong , only put (2) servings which is a total of 6 pieces in each bag but that is STILL too much!

I was in PAIN literally and kept eating it. Isn't that stupid!

Not only is it too much but binging on anything is wrong and I have to figure out why I did that.

Luckily I got on the scale this morning and

A whopper of a loss!

I lost a whopping 4.6 last tuesday. I was so su
rprised. I knew that i had lost but i didn't expect that much.

i made my 10% and got my keychain. I also collected another 5 lb star. 30.4 altogether now!

i am living at my cottage for the summer now. we do not have internet service at the campground yet. grrrrrrrrrrrr! I am at the library using the free wi-fi.

I joined a gym down here and have been going everyday. I love it. I am just using their treadmill but I have other things available to me. The have a 30 minute express that...
