Somehow I managed to do OK yesterday.
I had:
- tuna salad for lunch,
- dinner was grilled wings with my own hot sauce and blue cheese, tossed salad, whipped cream with Waldens Farms Pancake Syrup on it.
- later on, 2 servings of chocolate chips
- later on, 6 slices of bacon dipped in ranch dressing and a square of lindt 85% chocolate.
I generously estimate 50g total carb for the day.
My weight is pretty much holding steady around 145.5. Pretty bad, but it's better than going up, I guess.
Gosh I used to love that...
