Offical Weigh In #1

Today is Monday and I've chosen Monday's as my weigh in day. I started last Monday but didn't weigh in. I had weighed around 250 for the past few months, but a couple of weeks ago I stepped on the scale and it was at 260. Yikes! I don't know if that's what I started at or not on Monday, but assuming that I did, I've lost a total of 10.7 pounds this week! Amazing! I'm down to 249.3 pounds. I'm sure my weight loss will slow down now but I'm still very pleased with the scale this week. I'm hoping for big numbers next week, too!

Hey all

I'm in Seattle...enjoying the sights....went to a storm vs sparks wnba game....I'm trying to stay away from all the lovely fooooood!!!

Anyways hopefully a restful day tomorrow......gotta get some reading done..

It is the end of day 3 and I am feeling better. I feel great right now after the wonderful dinner my hubby made for the family. I had steak and charmelized onions and broccoli. YUMMO!

Yipee!

I have actually stuck to my diet for about a week now and let me tell you, it feels great! I feel like I am well on my way to my goal now. I've already lost 5-ish pounds (probably of water weight) and feel less bloated and puffy. I can't wait until it's actually fat melting away from my body! So I am excited. I plan on officially weighing in on Mondays and posting it to keep me on track. So hopefully on Monday I will have lost even more!

I don't know whether yesterday was a success or not. I had over 100 g of carb. I didn't really intend to have that many carbs, but one slice of bread led to 2. One serving of ice cream led to 2.

The food was:

L: 6 grilled wings with my hot sauce, 1/3 C of blue cheese dressing

D: 5 oz grilled steak, a little homemade mustard-based steak sauce, 1/3 C sauteed baby bella mushrooms, 1/2 C cauliflower faux-tatoes, 2 slices of bread with butter, 2 servings of chocolate ice cream, with a few chocolate chips and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
