Being sick blows every time. I hate it!

But, while I am still sick, I refuse to destroy the progress I have made so sick or not I am Back ON plan. Period.
DH has agreed to go to the store for me to get some things I need to help stay on track.

I WILL lose weight. I WILL increase my flexibility, and I WILL build my Cardiac Health and my Physical Endurance.

It is just Pitiful that a 41 year old woman, with only moderate health problems (other than joint/muscle pain) cannot keep up with the Grandmas when we Toured DD2's...

Just another day....

Not much going on the last few days besides a lot of work really. I am happy to report that I havent binged since Thursday night. It feels good to have 2 good days behind me. Now I HAVE to make it today. I havent made it 3 days in a row in a long time. Every time I get to this point I self sabotage. Not today, today is MY day and I will be strong. If I can make it today tomorrow will be easy. I work and have treatment. Ok, not easy, but easier anyways.
So today I am using the word strength again, and I am really going to try to feel that word.
Also, me and DH had a really nice talk...

A New Start

Well here i am about to embark on a carb-free journey that hopefully bring me to my goal weight. I'm currently struggling to lose the last 13kgs,(25lbs). I figured this was the best way to go. I'm looking for people who are on a similar journey. The one thing i'm probably going to find the most difficult is lunchtimes, i'm a teacher and have trouble staying away from the canteen and also am wondering what sort of low carb lunches i could make.

i'm going to weigh in once a week, fingers crossed it all goes well.
