I've lately been a little frustrated with myself and my eating habits, until recently. I'm not going to make any excuses, I could have made all the right choices with all the wedding activities going on, but I didn't. Plain and simple, I'm done beating myself up about it and I have been back on track for 3 days, its a start. So I have made myself a promise, which I hadn't done any of the other times befor, that I will stick with it and my exercise plans. That is why I am here and I hope I can get and give good support!
